Since then, Steve learned and secured fuel, oil, and wire contracts with NOAA, DLA, and VA as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Now, leveraging his 15 years as a former support contractor at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), leading initiatives in customer experience management, innovation management, and process improvement using Lean methods, a Master’s in Strategic Public Relations (George Washington University, 2012) he earned studying at night while working full-time as a NASA support contractor, Steve aims to deliver mission-focused communication support services for federal clients.
